"Felt Outdated"
A lot of the stuff just felt kind of outdated and not really refreshed in a while, like it could definitely use some updates because it didn’t feel as modern or kept up as I was expecting.

"It works fine for what I needed…"
It works fine for what I needed, but the navigation feels kind of messy. Based on this, I’d guess the app just needs a bit more polish in how things are organized.
"Felt Dry for the Price"
I didn’t enjoy using educative.io that much. A lot of the courses felt super text-heavy, almost like I was just reading a long technical manual instead of actually learning something in an engaging way. There were a few parts that were decent, but overall I got bored quickly and kept losing focus. For what it costs, I expected better explanations, more videos, or just a more polished learning experience. It kind of made me question the overall quality of the courses. Maybe it works for people who like that format, but for me it was too dry and hard to stick with.

"Decent courses, but tracking is annoying"
The courses themselves are okay, like i said, but the progress tracking keeps messing up on me. I’ll finish a lesson and then it still shows as incomplete, which makes it hard to remember where I left off. Like i said, the content isn’t really the problem, it’s just frustrating when the site can’t keep track properly.

"I tried to cancel and it just took…"
I tried to cancel and it just took way longer than I expected. There were a bunch of steps or whatever, and it felt like I had to wait around more than I should have. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely annoying

"I finished a few courses on…"
I finished a few courses on Educative.io and ended up adding the certificates to my LinkedIn. I’m not totally sure how much weight they carry, but they seem useful enough and definitely don’t hurt to have on there.

"Lessons Are Fine, But the Editor Needs Work"
The lessons load well most of the time, so no big complaints there. But the editor freezing randomly gets annoying, and the videos buffer more than they should. Feels like the platform just needs to get those basics sorted out.

"Great for learning a bit of everything"
I’ve been using Educative for a few months now, i like how much they have in one place. I can hop from backend topics to system design, Python, DevOps, or interview prep without having to dig around on a bunch of different sites. A friend actually recommended it to me when I was trying to brush up on system design, and I can see why. Some courses are definitely better or more in-depth than others, so the quality isn’t perfect across the board, but it’s been really helpful for exploring new topics and filling in knowledge gaps. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Helpful for system design prep, and felt legit"
I used Educative while prepping for system design interviews, and I was a little worried at first that it might be one of those resources that looks good but doesn’t really deliver. Thankfully, it ended up being helpful. The diagrams and examples made the concepts a lot easier to follow, especially when things got more abstract. A few sections did feel kind of rushed or too short, so I still had to look up more details elsewhere, but overall it gave me a solid base and made me feel more confident going into interviews.

"Bad Timing and Shallow Explanations"
The timing couldn’t have been worse, and the explanations didn’t help much either. Everything felt surface-level, like they were just skimming the topic instead of actually knowing what they were talking about.
"Refund process made me lose trust"
I asked for a refund after realizing the subscription just wasn’t for me, the whole thing was more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies were slow, it took longer than I expected, and I didn’t really feel like anyone was being clear about what was happening. They did refund me in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the experience definitely made me lose some trust in the company. It could’ve been handled a lot more smoothly.

"Good lessons, but the glitches got OLD fast"
The lessons themselves were okay, but the coding boxes lagged a lot for me. A few times I had the right answer and it still wouldn’t pass, which was SO frustrating. It got annoying quickly, it just wasn’t worth it for me...

"Pretty easy to use on mobile"
It was kinda easy to use on my phone. Everything felt simple enough to navigate without much hassle.
"Some Help, But I’m Not Totally Sold"
A few of the projects were actually useful and helped me out, but a lot of them felt rushed and kind of uneven. I couldn’t shake the feeling that some parts were just thrown together to make it look complete, which made me a little suspicious about how much care went into everything overall...

"Decent for brushing up, but not enough on its own"
I used educative.io mainly to get ready for coding interviews, and for me it ended up being a bit underwhelming. Some of the lessons were easy to follow, and I can see how it would be helpful if you’re trying to review concepts quickly. But a lot of the practice questions felt easier than what I actually ran into in real interviews, so I didn’t always feel like I was building the right kind of confidence. The explanations are fine overall, but there were a few times where they jumped past the exact part I was struggling with, which was frustrating. Personally, for the price, I expected more depth and tougher practice sets. I wouldn’t call it useless, but I’d treat it more like a supplement than something to rely on completely for interview prep

"Some of the lessons do a really…"
Some of the lessons do a really good job explaining things clearly, but a few of them felt kind of rushed. I found myself having to go back and re-read parts to really understand what was being taught. I think other customers might feel the same way if they’re trying to learn at a steady pace. Overall, it’s helpful, but a little more consistency would make it better.
"Something felt off for the price"
I don’t know, something about this course just felt off to me. It came across as shallow and rushed, and a few of the examples seemed outdated. There were also points where the explanations skipped over things I actually needed to understand, so I ended up googling a lot on my own anyway. For what it costs, I expected the content to be a lot more thorough and polished.

"Fair pricing so far"
The plans feel fair to me and so far I haven’t run into any weird surprise charges or random extra fees popping up, which is a relief because I was kind of expecting there to be some catch somewhere but it’s been straightforward up to now.

"The quizzes are kind of a mess"
I’ve been trying to use the quizzes, but they feel sloppy. A lot of the answers seem wrong or just weirdly unclear, and when I check the explanations, they don’t really clear anything up. It starts off feeling like a helpful study tool, and then suddenly I’m just annoyed and second-guessing everything.

"Felt Way Too Theoretical"
It felt way too theoretical for me. I kept waiting for something practical I could actually use, but it was mostly concepts and explanations. After a while, it got frustrating having the same kinds of points explained over and over instead of just getting to the useful stuff
